Analysis of the nutritional value of menus
I focus solely and exclusively on direct dietary assistance. I do not condition the effectiveness of nutritional therapy with the necessity of buying any preparations or other goods. I deal solely and exclusively with dietetics, not with commercial activities.
I work with doctors and specialists in other fields of medicine on a daily basis, who help me solve more complex problems on a daily basis.
I specialize in broadly understood nutritional treatment.
I regularly participate in training courses, conferences and professional development courses organised by educational institutions and universities, thanks to which I am constantly gaining and expanding my knowledge.
The dietary programs I offer are not only developed to the highest substantive level, but are also characterized by excellent quality of publication.

Immunodiagnosis of food intolerance using diagnostic tests
Long-term symptoms of illness that are difficult to diagnose may have a delayed food allergy type III (hidden hypersensitivity to food) as the basis. In such cases, an increased amount of IgG antibodies against foods that the body does not tolerate can be detected in the blood. Because symptoms related to hypersensitivity occur relatively late after eating a meal (from a few hours to a few days), they are often not associated with the food eaten. It is therefore a good idea to check which food ingredients the body does not tolerate and then temporarily eliminate them from the diet.
Ailments that may be caused by delayed food allergy
headaches and dizziness, sinus pain, migraines, concentration problems, depression, anxiety, ADHD
ringing, earache, sore throat, enlarged tonsils, recurrent infections, hay fever and "blocked nose", vision disturbances, puffy eyes and other eye problems
skin problems: atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, rashes, hives, eczema, acne, cellulite
underweight, overweight, abdominal pain, constipation, indigestion, heartburn, nausea, flatulence, diarrhea, bad breath
problems with conceiving or maintaining a pregnancy
rheumatological problems, muscle pain, joint pain, weakness, chronic fatigue, sleepiness after eating
